Shipping Policy

FREE GROUND SHIPPING

We proudly offer complimentary ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Standard delivery time is typically 7–14 business days. Ground service is included at no additional cost and does not include on-site unloading services.

IMPORTANT

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an address change is needed after dispatch, any carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If a delivery appointment is required and is not scheduled in time, resulting in a return, a 10% reshipment fee will apply.

ORDERS

  • We currently ship within the United States (continental US) only.

  • Required documentation and EPA certification charges are covered by MiniExcas.

  • Processing time: up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Transit time: typically an additional 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

  • Carriers: machines ship via freight trucking; smaller attachments ship via FedEx/UPS.

  • In rare cases, tracking numbers may not appear online. Delivery is guaranteed or you will receive a full refund.

At Excavamini, we want you to shop with confidence. Every machine is supported by our technical team and inspected for quality before it ships.

Warranty

  • All machines include a one-year warranty with free spare parts coverage for qualifying issues.

  • Full warranty terms ship with your unit or are available on request.

30-Day Returns

  • Not completely satisfied? Return your equipment within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Return logistics/shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How Returns Work

  1. Contact us for an RMA and return instructions before shipping anything back.

  2. Repack the item securely with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  3. Ship using a trackable service and share the tracking number with our team.

  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days).

Eligibility & Condition

  • Items must be in original condition with normal testing wear only (no abuse or damage).

  • Include all parts, attachments, and documents that arrived with the product.

  • Any unauthorized modifications or improper use may void eligibility.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Consumables and wear items once used (e.g., fluids, filters) unless defective on arrival.

  • Third-party products; please refer to the third party’s warranty and return terms.
